      • Teaching: Sociological theory, social structure analysis, European societies in comparison, social psychology, methods of empirical social research, statistics, family, education, labour market and migration sociology, network theory as well as economic and organisation sociology.
      • Equipment: Well equipped rooms. Computer pool with 50 PCs and software licenses for statistics programmes, all auditoriums with multimedia equipment, beamers in all seminar rooms, WLAN on the entire campus.
      • Research: Methods of empirical social research, development of the welfare state in European comparison, social structure analysis, rationality and decision behaviour, social disparity, labour market, migration and integration, economic and organisation sociology, social psychology, game theory, network theory.
