      • Teaching: Attendance course alongside training and career. Teaching activities designed to increase and/or maintain employability in the context of lifelong learning and prepare the students for leading and/or entrepreneurial activities, which require scientific methods and expert knowledge. Focus on theory to practice transfer. Mix of teaching methods.
      • Equipment: The faculty is equipped with modern hardware and software for the teaching of IT skills within the framework of the course; Internet access via WLAN available in all FOM study centres. All teaching rooms are equipped with modern teaching technology.
      • Research and Development: Applied research and development is promoted and delivered on an individual and institutional level. Students participate with due regard to their professional activities and the professional experience and make a contribution to the solution of problems within the economy in particular through economy- and enterprise-related studies and final papers.

      • Other special features: The FOM has a Germany-wide network of attendance study centres, so that studies can generally be pursued even in the event of a work-related relocation. Close contacts to the industry are in place. The FOM has structured the organisational framework of courses for professionals such that they will find optimal study conditions and are able to study in parallel to their jobs.
