The University of Stuttgart has a two-level library system with a central library on two sites (city centre and Vaihingen) comprising approx. 1.3 million media items and 122 departmental libraries with a further 865,000 volumes in total. The university library makes 22,018 e-journals and 20,399 databases and e-books available across the campus. The central library features 1,111 workspaces of which 106 are computer workstations. 5 book scanners are available free of charge. WLAN is available in both buildings. Opening hours: Mon-Fri: 08:00-21:00
