      • Teaching:

We are characterised by a wide variety of modules, practical relevance and close contact between teachers and students. Teaching takes place in small groups. We have modern and well-equipped labs. Every student is guaranteed a laboratory place. A well-organised examination system allows a large number of students to graduate within the standard period of study.

      • Fresher support:

The newly enrolled students are supervised both centrally and locally. Central guidance is provided by the student service, social service and the admissions department. Decentralised guidance is provided by the course coordinator. The course coordinator introduces the newly enrolled students to all topics of the course and is available to discuss questions and concerns at any time.

      • Equipment:

We have modern and well equipped lecture theatres and laboratories housed in a newly constructed training building, which commenced operations in the winter semester 2011/12. As part of this investment, laboratory experiments were completely overhauled and updated to the state of the art in terms of technology and methodology. In a modern teaching factory, all components of process and manufacturing automation can be studied and tested. The laboratories are also available for various research activities.

      • Research and Development:

The course of study is active in the research project "Optical fibre for hybrid sensor systems". It also contributes significantly to the establishment and active use of the school student laboratory "ing. process" as part of the "ZDI - Zukunft durch Inno

(S)=Students judgements (P)=Professors judgements (A)=Alumnis judgements (F)=Facts
(E&I)= Electrical Engineering and Information Engineering (I)= very interdisciplinary and thus not classified
As the ranking is done for the whole subject area, for the single "sub-subjects" it can happen that not all rank groups are represented in all criteria.
