    A great deal of significance is ascribed to fundamental academic knowledge and methodological skills. The research institutes (Automotive industry, Cooperation, Real estate, Information technology, City and real estate, Health economy, Modern management development, Post real estate management , Corporate Governance) employ students depending on the project. The research results are incorporated directly into the teaching. The institutes have numerous contacts with partners from the fields of research and industry.
