    Imparting technical and social skills; scientific methods and practice-relevant teaching content; practical teaching through guest lectures, business games, simulations, case study work. All lecturers have practical experience and contacts to business and utilise current developments. Empowerment and encouragement for entrepreneurial thinking and acting; blended learning concepts in many events; good supervision, small groups.

    We work with a large number of foreign partner universities, thus promoting the global mobility of our students. Through compulsory and voluntary stays abroad, the offer of double degrees, but also through contact with the "incoming students" at the faculty and guest lecturers from different cultures, our students can expand their professional and personal skills in an international environment in all courses.

    As part of the knowledge and technology transfer, the faculty of Business Administration works closely with well-known regional and national industrial, commercial and service companies. For instance, the cooperations focus on the implementation and evaluation of surveys and market analyses and the development, introduction and publication of new concepts. Students are involved in research activities as part of theses and projects. Lecturers enrich teaching through the knowledge from their research areas.

    In a personal atmosphere we give young people the ability to act independently and give them the chance to "try things out". With the project unique in Germany, the one with the Bavarian State award-winning Campus Company Landshut, our students implement their business ideas and successfully bring them to the real market & under competitive conditions. Thus they test their strengths, their entrepreneurial thinking & acting and find courage to make decisions or to understand mistakes as a valuable source of experience.
