Special features regarding teachingPractice orientation by lecturers from business / practice; courses take place in small groups; direct contact with lecturers; mandatory mentoring from the 1st semester to support our students during their studies; a semester abroad or internship semester is integrated in all Bachelor's degree programmes; projects exist with companies and cross-border projects with other European universities.

Special features regarding the international orientationFor the Economics department, the international focus is of central importance and very well represented by a large number of partnership agreements. The department offers various Bachelor's and Master's programmes, some of which have an international focus. These include, in particular, the Bachelor's programmes "International Business" (6 semesters) and "International Business Management", which have English-language sub-elements. A Master's fully taught in English has been set up: European Master of Project Management. Study semesters abroad are possible.

Special features regarding the equipmentAll lecture theatres and seminar rooms are equipped with PC technology, digital projectors and overhead projectors. In addition, interactive displays are available and there is even the possibility of duplicated projection from a room size of 60 students. Flip charts and multiplan screens are provided in all rooms. All seminar rooms and PC pools are fitted with permanently installed computers and projectors and have a daylight projector as well as electronic whiteboards. There are 5 PC rooms with a total of 95 PCs and 190 seats as well as three PC rooms for all faculties with approx. 50 PCs and 100 seats.
