Special features regarding teachingBusiness Administration is taught with a focus on small and medium-sized companies in all courses and is supported in all degree courses with Economics, Business Law and Business English. Business Ethics also plays an important role. Contacts exist with numerous companies in Thuringia for practical projects, excursions and final theses. Separate professorship in Business Start-ups and SME Management.
Special features regarding the equipmentThere are a total of three PC pools available with state-of-the-art technology, featuring software such as SAP, Photoshop, etc. For the subject area of Practical Communications, a separate practice room with appropriate video equipment is available.
Special features regarding research and developmentThe focus is on publications in journals, of conference papers and of textbooks, inter alia in the areas of Accounting, Monetary Policy and Foreign Trade, Economic Law and Marketing. In addition, conferences are held, such as the Erfurt Labour Law conference.
