    International Business course 100 percent in English, numerous international aspects in the context of regular teaching; numerous fully English-language courses and modules, e.g. Cross Cultural Management in cooperation with the University of Pilsen; development of a double degree programme with a Scottish business faculty, professors and teaching staff with an international background, summer schools.

    Comprehensive WiFi throughout the campus, 24-hour library with lock, modern computer rooms with opening hours until 10 p.m., numerous business software (e.g. SAP, SPSS, Datastream) accessible including certification courses. Courses partly possible via moodle, video database from lectures, Virtual University of Bavaria. Virtual Reality glasses and Eye Tracking systems, hackathon, business labs.

    The research activities at the faculty are divided into research clusters and, in some cases, implemented via institutes. The research results are published via a separate journal series. The Faculty includes the Institute for Trade Management, the Institute for Systemic Management & Organization, the Institute for Consumer Journalism and the 3 + 3 = 7 Institute for Behavioral Economics, Personnel and Process Management; There is also a research professorship at the Ifo Institute for Economic Research at the University of Munich.

    “Business start-up" module as a compulsory module in the Bachelor's degree courses, offered in cooperation with BayStartUP; since July 2016 cooperation agreement between BayStartUp and OTH Amberg-Weiden; start-up consultant in the department, own research cluster for business start-ups, business start-ups, succession planning and regulation, from which the research results flow into teaching; start-up program Grow4Digital with verifiable modules and certification; consecutive Master's degree course in Digital Entrepreneurship since winter semester 19/20, which provides methods for start-up and innovation management.

    WingWave program to support mentally stressed students, cooperations on Master programs: Master Human Resource Management in cooperation with OTH Regensburg / TH Deggendorf, Master Economics and Law in cooperation with Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences; Master Marketing Management in cooperation with Hof, etiquette courses, student projects with universities in nearby foreign countries
