Support for foundersStart-up-relevant teaching content is a regular component of the Business Administration curriculum. What is more, the department's teachers are engaged in entrepreneurship courses and events at the university (dedicated courses, lecture series). A large number of teachers of the department have their own start-up experience, which is integrated regularly into their courses. Again and again, student start-up projects choose teachers of the departments as their mentors.
Characteristics of diversity advancementCross-cultural training, conference participation and workshops, which are partly subsidised through equality funds.
