Characteristics of assistance to differently abled personsThe university has permanent representatives in charge of disabilities and inclusivity who look after the interests of students with disabilities or health problems. In addition to general information on registration regulations, etc., students with disabilities receive personal support here, especially on: Admission, financing, tuition fees, housing and exam modifications. Students in question receive unlimited equalisation support for exams and courses.
Characteristics of diversity advancementThis diversity focus gives the UDE a chance to position itself successfully in the competitive field among universities. Given the potential of diversity management, the fact that it has incorporated institutionally at the level of the vice rector is of great significance. The strategic diversity objectives have been incorporated into the guidelines of the UDE and are reflected in most target/performance agreements with faculties. Equality of men and women is an integral part and defined as a leadership task, including improvements with respect to family friendliness and work-life balance.
