High practical orientation, inclusion of current research results, early involvement in projects; support in small groups and project groups; high degree of freedom for learners; teaching and learning from case studies and practical problems; strong application and practice orientation as well as a high degree of interdisciplinarity; particularly committed students can participate in scientific conferences and scientific competitions (e.g. usability challenge).
Special features regarding the international orientation
Continuous expansion of the English language courses; regular international guest lectures; foreign guest professors and lecturers; Implementation of English-language summer and winter schools in cooperation with foreign partners; development of a multidisciplinary, international alumni network; internationalisation of the Master’s courses (previously two fully English-language Master’s courses, more in planning); dual-degree course in planning.
