    Broad coverage of the subjects of Business Informatics, solid basic training in Software Engineering, great freedom of choice for individual specialisation, treatment of current topics such as new business models or social media, direct involvement of students in projects, diverse teaching methods, team work, independent work, reflection and discussion are supported, cooperation with the practical sector is integrated into the degree course and in various forms of teaching.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    There are increasingly English-taught courses in the curriculum, taught in part by international visiting professors, ensuring that other research areas are also covered in the teaching. In addition, the TU Braunschweig expands its international partnerships with other universities.

    The Faculty of Business Informatics at the TU Braunschweig has all the advantages of a degree course at a "medium-sized" Technical University. We have sufficient areas of specialisation, good practical integration, many high-ranking research projects, a good student organisation as well as a positive learning environment. At the same time, however, every single student is taken seriously and is looked after well. We value our campus life, we promote independent work as well as teamwork and are pleased if students take a lively but also critical role in shaping our life together at the TU Braunschweig.
