    Very good spatial equipment, modern seminar rooms, good supervision relation; content: event for the preparation and management of software projects (from a lecturer with over 10 years of practical experience), additional offer from an external lecturer from a large logistics company, compulsory course in artificial intelligence, balanced offer between business administration, computer science and business informatics; a study project is offered during the course of study, which is worked on as a practical project in small groups with a real company as the client.

    Excellent computer equipment, several PC pools which are updated regularly. A separate agile Workflow Management system is being developed, which is also used in teaching and research. In addition, professional process simulation software for logistics; modern, visualised server infrastructure, which are also used in teaching; campus-wide WiFi for students (eduroam access).

    The Business Informatics department in Trier conducts research on "Intelligent Methods for the Management of the Future". The specialisation is on the one hand in distributed artificial intelligence and simulation and on the other hand in knowledge and process management with methods.

    Business Informatics in Trier attaches great importance to practice-oriented, job-qualifying training; in the study project, students in small groups (3-5) work on a realistic issue with an external partner from business or administration; very good supervisory relationship; small seminar and project groups; close cooperation with the teachers; intensive cooperation with practice; modern lecture and seminar rooms; extensive and modern IT equipment; diverse language offers; interesting opportunities for internships.
