    Wide-ranging, generalist training in the Bachelor's program; in the Master’s course, generalist training, supplemented by a specialisation; in the Master's program, individual courses to match the respective pre-qualification; high degree of practical relevance in all courses through a variety of approaches; attractive, free additional offers in the areas of IT and Six Sigma.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    Double degree agreements with one university each in China and Mexico; since winter semester 2017/18 start of an internationally oriented Bachelor's degree with specific modules for the development of international management skills; international university partnerships; increased range of internships abroad through industrial cooperation partners in the course of the introduction of the Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering International. Mandatory offers to strengthen foreign language and intercultural skills.

    Faculty's own PC pools with modern hardware and software equipment (for example CAD, CAE, factory planning and simulation, statistics); cross-faculty access to laboratory facilities of the faculties of Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering; free access for students to a large number of national and international databases; free access for students to modern survey and statistics software.
