Intensive integration: research-based learning through a high proportion of lab practicals during the course accompanied by lectures and seminars. In the B.Sc. offer of elective modules in special fields of Chemistry and in other subjects (numerous collaborations with other departments), in the M.Sc. specialisation areas; external lecturers (from industry; extensive range of courses offered by other internal & external research institutions (e.g. MPI for Medical Research, Interdisciplinary Center for Scientific Computing, Biochemistry Center).
