Other special featuresWithin the framework of chemistry degree course, key competencies are predominantly taught in a subject-integrative manner. The open STEM room, an initiative of the faculty, offers students the possibility to consult student tutors at fixed times and to get support for technical and interdisciplinary questions. The Institute of Chemistry supports the Young Chemists' Forum in organizing the series "Berufsbild Chemiker", in which chemists in professional life report on topics such as job search and career entry and everyday life.
