    Research-based but practice-related thanks to strong industry involvement; versatile: lectures, tutorials in small groups, work group competitions, case studies, business games, presentations, practical lectures; feedback-oriented and quality assured: Consistent evaluation of all courses, faculty-internal quality assurance system.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    Large partner network, consisting of over 200 renowned business schools worldwide. This way, more than 500 students can complete a degree programme abroad funded by the Department of Business Administration. As for the Business Administration BSc, the semester abroad is an integral part of the curriculum. Business Administration BSc also offers, since the 2015 winter semester, the IBEA option (international study with stays in the USA, Singapore and Brazil). MMM allows for dual-degree programmes.

    University renovated for around 53 million euros and equipped with the latest technology; WiFi throughout the campus; library with very well equipped workplaces (approx. 1,800 in the entire university library, including 200 with a PC, 30,000 electronic journals, 600 databases); group study rooms with the possibility to borrow smartboards; complete renovation of the departmental library for around 6 million euros; BWL-PC-POOL with modern software and hardware equipment and extensive services (printing, scanning, binding, data backup).

    Dynamic research environment with a positive impact on teaching; versatile forms of publication with a focus on top international publications; active promotion of young researchers (large number of doctoral students, successful placement of habilitation candidates)
