    Practical orientation, social skills, methodological skills, professional competence, work in small groups, Bachelor's study project, Master's research project, inter-disciplinary approach.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    Going through the Erasmus programme, many students can complete stays abroad at our numerous partner universities. Apart from this, students can apply for a German Academic Exchange Service scholarship and earn credits abroad.

  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Various computer rooms are available in the department, equipped with the usual Microsoft software; Statistics packages such as R, SPSS, AMOS and specific access to others such as MPlus via the respective professorship are common.
  • Special features regarding research activities
    Methodological skills, empirical research, normative research. Research projects are a constitutive feature of the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs, in which work is carried out over a year on a scientific project, often with practical relevance, in small groups. In addition to the final thesis (30 credits), the project is very important (20 credits) during the course.

    There is an Entrepreneurs’ Office and an SME research centre, providing vigorous exchange between companies in the region and Business Administration students.
