Special features regarding teachingThe Faculty of Business and Economics is characterised by very good basic training and numerous specialisation options. It also attaches particular importance to international standards in teaching as well as to ongoing dialogue with the students. The teaching of ethical principles is an integral part of all courses. During training, both close contact with operational and economic policy practice is important. Our graduates enjoy an excellent reputation with employers.

In addition, the faculty attaches great importance to teaching in English, meaning that all programmes have a high proportion of English-language courses. Some programmes can be studied entirely in English.

It is intended to implement sustainable, science-based business models for a better life and offers entrepreneurship teaching, scouting and coaching / mentoring. It is also a meeting point for various activities of the department and the WWU (ERCIS Launchpad, Venture Club, Enactus, etc.)
-
Other special featuresThe Faculty of Business and Economics is one of only 11 faculties in Germany to be awarded the international AACSB accreditation - one of the world's most important accreditations for business schools, which has so far been awarded to only about 5% of all business schools worldwide. It shows that our faculty stands for quality-oriented and international teaching and research. The accreditation also stands for a voluntary commitment to quality and constant development.
