  • Characteristics of diversity advancement
The department, like OVGU overall, represents an open university culture characterised by transparency. It views competent handling of diversity and cultural diversity as an enrichment of university life and shared potential in general. Neither individual nor structural discrimination and disadvantages are tolerated, but instead addressed openly, visibly and thus rendered modifiable. In this context, the university is committed to equal opportunities for all university members in terms of education and living conditions.
