  • Special features regarding teaching
    Lessons with a maximum of 36 students per group; language courses in small groups (on average about 10 to 12 people); additional offers in the form of seminars (Studium Generale with around 60 topics per quarter); two foreign languages mandatory (English and Spanish or French), optionally Russian, Chinese, Japanese.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    The department has an international course. The International Business course is only completed in English. In addition, a stay abroad in the 5th semester is mandatory.

    Turiba, Riga, Lettland; Griffith College Dublin, Dublin, Irland; Universidad del Desarrollo, Santiago de Chile, Chile; University of Westminster, London, Großbritannien; Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, Seinäjoki, Finnland; Tongji University, Shanghai, China.
  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Use of the latest media in the classroom (smartboards), campus-wide WiFi availability; the university including computer rooms, is open to students 24h / 7 through an electronic locking system.

    Practical research projects with companies; participation of students in research projects and publications is possible; organisation of conferences and specialist meetings by the FB.

    International Students Office for counselling and support (outgoing + incoming, ERASMUS programme), large library with database access (EBSCO, WISO, Statista, etc.), employment opportunities for graduates as academic staff and support for the cooperative procedure for admission as a doctoral candidate.
