    Research-, practice-oriented and interdisciplinary and methodologically demanding seminars (practice module: ‘Archive, book culture and institutions of literature in German’, ‘Cultural contact, literary transfer and interdisciplinarity’), including with a digital orientation; international cooperation arrangements; comparative Germanic orientation; interdisciplinary associations and networks (e.g. Early Modernity Centre [Frühneuzeitzentrum], campus schools); extensive opportunities for further education in teaching for lecturers; practical and empirical work; outstanding support ratio.

    Development of "blended mobility" teaching concepts, particularly in the framework of the Erasmus+ Strategic University Partnerships ‘Media Practices of the Enlightenment’ (2016-2019, with the universities of Bordeaux, Riga and Tartu), the Erasmus+ Strategic University Partnership ‘The Future of Cultural Heritage in Modern Europe’ (2019-2022, with the universities of Krakow, Bologna, Riga, Athens, Bordeaux, Luxembourg, Copenhagen); Institute partnership in Germanic studies Potsdam-Tartu; Part-time pursuit of Germanic studies for foreign students of German language and literature; Erasmus partnerships (currently 10 countries).
