Special features regarding teachingStudents are supervised in small groups both in the exercises and in the laboratory practicals. Due to the two English-language Master's degree courses Physics and Applied Physics, many courses (also in the Bachelor's degree course) can be chosen in the scientific language English. Through annual excursions, e.g. to CERN, students are familiarized with international research activities at an early stage. Interest in research is aroused by the regular presentation of research activities in the institute.
