    The institute building offers a modern infrastructure for research (media facilities, clean rooms in cooperation with Fraunhofer ENAS and ZfM) and teaching (seminar rooms, practicals labs etc.); the institute has its own mechanical and electronic workshop which includes a teaching workshop; MAIN Research Center (Materials, Architectures and Integration of Nanomembranes).
