Special features regarding research activitiesAt the faculty, research is carried out in cooperation with many international partners. The faculty is very successful in attracting national and international third-party funding. Interested students will be included in research projects at an early stage There are numerous doctoral opportunities, for example in the DFG graduate college MathCoRe. The faculty cooperates closely with non-university research institutions in Magdeburg, e.g. Max Planck Institute for Dynamics of Complex Technical Systems (Magdeburg), Leibniz Institute for Neurosciences.
