Special features regarding research and developmentA great deal of significance is ascribed to fundamental academic knowledge and methodological skills. The institutes and affiliated institutes as a research platform of the department (Automotive industry, Cooperation, Real Estate Industry, Information technology, City and Real Estate, Health industry, Modern Management Development, Real estate management, Corporate Governance) employ students depending on the project. Their research results flow directly into teaching (e.g. digitalisation of the bankruptcy process).
Support for founders"G-Inno" as its own innovation and start-up centre, professorship "Entrepreneurship", Contact-AS start-up initiative (advice, coaching, information, qualification), modules for business start-up and succession, business plan, lectures and workshops, module "Startup Lessons" to acquire entrepreneurial skills. Series of events "Students meet start-ups". Forum for Commercial Law and Forum for Career Entry (WiJuS e.V.), Future forum, in the past 10 years there have been around 210 start-ups.
