Use of digital teaching and learning formats, such as online tutorials or 3D lectures.

    Electronic teaching / learning platform (eCampus) to accompany lectures, exercises and seminars. Electronic literature databases Business Administration / Economics (full texts, e.g. Business Scource Premier, WISO, NWB, JURIS). Students receive a license for the STATA statistics software, access to DATEV students online (including LexInform), access to SAP modules. Use of document camera, projector, whiteboard, 3D glasses. Experiments laboratory, WiFi throughout the campus.

    The Faculty regularly conducts experiments with students in behavioural economics (experimental lab with 30 places). These experiments provide students with insights into current research. Participation in the project Energy Research for Neighbourhoods, mobility and working environments of the Institute for Future Energies. Creation of virtual enterprise platforms for improved professional qualification of graduates (programme of the State of NRW). Improving the management and control of medium-sized companies through Industrial Engineering.

    In cooperation with the Institute for Science Dialogue (IWD), you can set up your own company or prepare to take over an existing company. The department creates conditions for an exchange of information, establishing contacts and maintenance with entrepreneurs, close cooperation with the district economic promotion

    Annual graduation ceremony, welcome and first semester week with introductory business simulation, departmental office for student advice / study coaching
