    Personal and intimate university with optimal childcare and family atmosphere; coaching; strong practical relevance; Bachelor: Specialisation and elective modules as well as consulting project in the 2nd academic year, degree course abroad and practical project in the 3rd academic year, teaching accadis leadership skills (methodological skills, social skills, thinking outside the box); Master: Further development of international leadership skills (functional key areas are strategy, marketing and finance as well as accadis leadership skills), combined with individual specialisation, instructions in English.
