    Personal university with optimal support situation and family-like atmosphere; Coaching; Strong link to practical work; Bachelor's: Specialisation and elective modules as well as consulting project in the second academic year, study abroad and practical project in the third academic year, communication of accadis leadership skills (methodological skills, social competence, seeing the bigger picture); Master's: Further development of international leadership skills (functional key areas are strategy, marketing and finance as well as accadis leadership skills), combined with individual specialisation, instructions in English.
