    Wide and coordinated range of courses: Flexibly designed; Practical orientation Individual support; Students study at their own pace; Seamless transition from bachelor’s to master's degrees (without delay); Continuous adaptation of the degree programme to meet the needs of students and of business. Regular and ongoing evaluation of teaching by the students and discussion of results in the relevant committees, study commission etc.

    Institute of Technology, Tralee; Multimedia University, Malaysia; University of Boras, Schweden; Glyndwr University, Wales; Napier University, Schottland
  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Several humanoid robots, smartphones, tablets, development environments based on Eclipse ADT Plugin/PhoneGap/Xnode/Visual Studio; Study centre for personality development with 70” multi-touch monitors; MINT workshop for interdisciplinary projects; Communications and network technology laboratory: Cisco router, Etherreal, LANguard, network security scanner, single-board computer; Information technology lab: Special measuring devices, logic analyser, spectrum analyser etc. All VL and lab rooms in computer engineering are equipped with a high-resolution sympodium.

    The Computer Science courses cooperate closely with the subject-related areas of the university: Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. The topics are "Virtual Reality", "Mobile Computing (Augmented Reality)" "Robotics"," Production Simulation", "Industry 4.0" and "IT Governance, Risk & Compliance Management". The IT courses are also heavily involved in the cross-university and cross-state research project Open C³S. The research results are directly incorporated into the study programmes and enhance these in the long term.
