Other special featuresThe Pharmacy course provides the basis for a wealth of interesting professional activities. These are characterised by a high level of professional ethics, full employment and an environment that supports families (career breaks, re-entry and part-time work are possible). In this way, the training provides a large number of further career options, e.g. in hospital pharmacies, the pharmaceutical industry, the authorities or PTA schools (pharmaceutical technical assistant) in addition to the option of working in a public pharmacy either self-employed or as an employee. Graduates can also begin an academic career with a doctorate.
