Special features regarding teachingThe wide professional spread of the Freiberg geosciences - including a large spectrum of geotechnical expertise - allows students to pursue very diverse interests on site and to educate themselves individually. The teaching ethics of most faculties are very high; in appointments, students have a strong voice in evaluating the teaching ability and attractiveness of future female professors and thus help influence the appointment decision. Online teaching (pandemic) was engaged and successfully used.
