    The German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) has granted the University Medical Centre Mainz together with the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (JGU) the license as "Sports Medical Examination Centre of the DOSB". As one of a total of 25 German centres of this kind, they are thus entitled to provide health care for German Olympic athletes and to invoice the medical services via the DOSB.
