  • Special features regarding teaching
    All the courses are taught in small groups. This allows for a vigorous exchange between students and teachers. The courses are directed towards the requirements of qualified young experts and managers and are supplemented by training, simulation games and presentations. Teaching the necessary expert knowledge is supported by e-learning (blended learning). The development of key personal development skills is promoted in parallel.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    In addition to imparting Business English skills, the core area of Business Administration covers international accounting standards, while the core area of Economics covers international economic relations. Other than that, the vocational academy has a predominantly national focus, in line with the business models of its partner companies.
  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Students use primarily the banking equipment at the trainer companies – apart from the “VR-Bildung” learning platform for e-learning, this involves, for example, bank application processes. All students are also granted free access to “statista” via the vocational academy.

    All facilities provide barrier-free access.
  • Other special features
    High intensity of the academically supervised learning process throughout and independently of the learning venue. Solid, individual support for students independent of the learning venue. During their entire studies, students are employed by the respective partner company and subject to social insurance contributions. The partner company often also pays the tuition fees. Academic success within the regular study period is guaranteed. Excellent career prospects for graduates thanks to a versatile skills profile due to a genuine work-study programme.
