Other special featuresAn outstanding feature of IfR in Dresden is that it is one of the institutes in which Italian is offered sustainably and in an appealing variety (native speaker as lecturer, regular lecturer from the embassy, double Master’s degree with Trento, linkage with the Italian tradition of the city of Dresden, Italy Centre with regular lectures by Italian guests). Another special feature is the activities of the France Centre (close ties to France, not least at the level of the younger generation, opening up to Africa).
