  • Special features regarding teaching
From the very beginning, the course offers students practical assignments integrated into their studies in specially trained general practitioners' practices and in specialist outpatient practices. In the later course of the degree course, students spend time in the university clinics and academic teaching hospitals during extensive block practicals. The degree course includes the completion of a compulsory research thesis, which is prepared for in the accompanying research curriculum from the 1st semester onwards. Students' professional development is guided in a dedicated pathway in mentoring groups.
