    Lectures in small groups; specifically preparation and follow-up courses (working groups & self-study groups) with feedback control; individual coaching programme; Business Administration Certificate Programme; excellent supervisory relationship; Commercial Law Specialisations; mediation of methodological, communication and negotiation skills as well as modern teaching and learning concept, blended learning offer / flipped classroom; integrated one-year exam preparation programme with exam course, trial exam, crash courses, first university in Germany with a focus on "Laws of Digitisation".
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    Member of the Law Schools Global League (LSGL); students of the EBS Law School spend a mandatory trimester abroad at one of over 90 partner universities worldwide; have the opportunity to complete an optional internship abroad; attend English-language lectures in the field of Business and International Law and have the opportunity to take optional foreign language courses (including subject-specific ones). Visiting students from all over the world study at the EBS as part of the annual exchange programme "EBS Law Term" and provide an international environment on campus.
  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Modern technical equipment; whiteboards in all lecture halls; free WiFi; multiple multifunction devices for copying, scanning & printing; access to legal and economic databases or journal aggregator databases that are important for the degree program. Access to CampusNet and the digital student portal "myEBS", where the student community can exchange ideas and, in addition to general information, access to personal planning data (including timetables, scripts, etc.), blended learning / flipped classroom in selected modules.

    Interdisciplinary research; broad research portfolio of the chairs; basic orientation; EBS Law School students are involved in current research projects of the EBS professors; close links to practice and politics
