Special features regarding teachingThe Business Administration course is delivered with a strong focus on public health. The specifics of the Health System or Health Management are identified and are continuously incorporated into the teaching; Master's: simulation games and integrative case study seminar, among other things. The Master's programme provides innovative training for the entire health care system. This is achieved through an interdisciplinary and international education in the field of strategic management for the various institutions of health care. In addition to aspects of strategic management and socio-dynamic leadership skills, the teaching focuses on an overall perspective of all health care facilities on the basis of an international comparison and on associated networked thinking, taking into account ethical considerations.
Special features regarding the international orientationStudents have the option to study a semester abroad. In addition, applicants receive support for completing work placements abroad. Courses such as "International Health Markets and Systems", "International Health Law" or "Regional, National and Transnational Health Planning" are key cornerstones of the Master's programme. This draws on the experience of other countries in order to develop, and appropriately reflect on, new models of health promotion.
