  • Special features regarding teaching
    Seminar classes, small exercise groups, accompanying tutorials, activating teaching forms; current content from the areas of "operational application software" (including SAP, Internet of Things), Business Informatics (Business Process Management, Business Models, Industry 4.0, Cloud Computing) and IT (service-oriented software systems, web architectures); a particular focus is on project management (especially management of IT projects), which is implemented in particular through practical projects in cooperation with companies.

    Collaborations with: Memorial University of Newfoundland, St. John's; University of Maryland; Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, Sofia; MIIT Moscow; Birla Institute of Technology (BIT), Mesra Ranchi (India); University of Bologna, Faculty of Statistics. International experience of our students: The internship semester or a compulsory elective semester can be completed abroad, usually without extending the study period; The Bachelor's thesis can be written abroad at a company or a research institution; advice from the International Office.
