Support for foundersIn cooperation with the Hamm Academic Society, the SRH offers students a business ideas competition, where they receive all important information on business start-ups and can present their own business ideas. To this end, students develop their own business ideas as well as concepts for implementing them. Students with the best ideas will then be supported financially.
Characteristics of assistance to differently abled personsThe first point of contact for students and prospective students with disabilities and/or special circumstances is Ms Schmitz, who works at Student Services. Ms Schmitz is supported by the Social Sciences Institute, allowing for modern inclusivity principles to be transferred into university practice.
Other special featuresTeaching by the CORE principle – teaching by thematic fields rather than subjects; Small study groups to ensure optimal support; Innovative study programme – based on the SRH’s 40 years of academic experience.
