Since 2008 the BiTS has been part of the largest private university network, Laureate International Universities, which comprises 70 accredited universities in 25 countries with over a million students. Belonging to the Laureate Network emphasises our commitment to providing an education at the top international level. Semesters abroad, language courses and summer schools are integral parts of all BiTS programmes. These are realised in close exchange with our partner universities or a university of the student's choice. The objective is to encourage cross-cultural understanding.
  • Common partner universities for exchange
Bond University; University of California Santa Barbara; University of Stirling
  • Special features regarding the equipment

Bachelor's programmes include a specialisation option that allows students to focus on Entrepreneurship. In addition, students receive direct support from lecturers in their entrepreneurship projects. Contacts with the business world are also established when needed. Furthermore, the university also provides financial support for students by way of the alumni and friends of the university associations.
  • Characteristics of assistance to differently abled persons
Accessible campus: all lecture halls, the cafeteria, library and all offices must provide barrier-free access. Students with health problems receive individual support. Students with chronic health problems are given consideration in the scheduling and organisation of exams. The BiTS offers internal psychological counselling for students.

This not only includes a range of subjects focussed on CSR and sustainability and a degree course (Green Business Management) orientated specially towards this area, but also the possibility of getting involved in various fields in the area of CSR (BiTS2Society, BiTSVision).
