    The department provides staff and students with free access to the scientific databases EBSCO, JURIS and Beck-Online. Technical equipment: several lecture rooms (all with overhead projector, microphone / loudspeaker system, VCR / DVD recorder); several seminar rooms (all with overhead projectors); two PC rooms (94 spaces) and mobile devices (projectors, notebooks, VCR / DVD recorders).

    The university is a member of the Entrepreneurship Network of Thuringia. This membership goes back to the initiative and research achievements of the Department of Economic Sciences. This is why great emphasis is placed on teaching entrepreneurship and support for students interested in starting a business.
