  • Support for founders
    At the Start-up Incubator Berlin of HWR, students can take their first steps from theory to implementation. It promotes ideas, concepts and prototypes. The co-working space allows for exchange with other founders and thus supports inspiration, creativity and the development of business models. The Start-up Now programme offers workshops, coaching, team matching, peer learning and mentors. It is aimed at everyone at the beginning of their start-up project or who have already progressed to the active start-up phase.
  • Characteristics of assistance to differently abled persons
    HWR Berlin offers psychological counselling and counselling for students with disabilities. Individual counselling and a range of services help students to cope with difficulties at university or in their personal lives that affect their progress at university.

    Taking into account the diversity of cultures and lifestyles, equality of sexes, compatibility of family and work and/or university as well as sustainability of economic actions are key topics in teaching, research and administration, as well as central principles that guide the university in its day-to-day business.
