  • Special features regarding teaching
The greatest speciality of the subject physics in Lübeck is the very pronounced interdisciplinarity. All teachers of related subjects (chemistry, biochemistry, biology) regularly and intensively exchange information with physics. This brings out the interrelationships particularly well.
  • Exchange universities for stay abroads
Stockholms Universitet, Stockholm, Schweden; Universidade de Lisboa, Lissabon, Portugal; Universitat de Barcelona, Barcelona, Spanien; Università degli Studi di Trento, Trento, Italien; Uniwersytet Slaski, Katowice, Polen; Universitetet i Bergen, Bergen, Norwegen
  • Support for founders
The University of Lübeck is one of a small number of EXIST start-up universities, an award granted by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. The GründerCube is located in the centre of the Lübeck campus and serves as a central coordination and advice centre for all start-up issues. The Institute for Entrepreneurship and Business Development is located here and the Lübeck Chamber of Commerce and Industry has established a demand-oriented branch office here. Together we bundle our competences and offers in the field of self-employment and business start-up for our students.
