Special features regarding research and developmentThe department carries out R&D projects worth up to 1.5 million euros per year. Students are involved in these projects via their bachelor theses, holiday work and minor jobs. Results are used as examples in teaching.
Support for foundersThe department is the academic partner of the Science Park Graz, an incubator for Styrian company founders.
