    Through specialisation options during the in-depth studies in the areas of Market and Advertising Psychology, Work and Organisational Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Health Psychology and Chance Management, specialisations can be set for the desired entry into the industry or further academic training. Interdisciplinarity, intensive forms of imparting knowledge and skills, individual deepening by focusing on exams such as homework or presentations, using virtual learning and working environments.

    "International Management" immersion programme in English; free semester-long foreign language courses; tandem programme "Partner with a Foreign Student" (PaFoS); module "Intercultural Competence"; foreign scholarships; Visiting Professorship Programme; Workshops Academic Writing - Advanced; English for Teaching programme in Maryland; International Day; excursions abroad. Numerous double degree programmes.

Notebook pool with special programs to borrow (e.g. SPSS), designated computer work areas, campus management system HfWU neo, video conference system, MLab - innovation and method laboratory, SPSS, MAXQDA, QUESTOR PRO.

    There are no ongoing research projects. Students are asked about self-chosen research questions in the 1st semester, their evaluation in the 2nd semester, qualified to write an empirical thesis.

    "G-Inno" as its own innovation and start-up centre, professorship "Entrepreneurship", Contact-AS start-up initiative (advice, coaching, information, qualification), modules for business start-up and succession, business plan, lectures and workshops, module "Startup Lessons" to acquire entrepreneurial skills. Series of events "Students meet start-ups". Forum for Commercial Law and Forum for Career Entry (WiJuS e.V.), Future forum, in the past 10 years there have been around 210 start-ups.

    "Geislinger Modell" degree course with real academic freedom of choice to design an interdisciplinary Bachelor's degree with a broad, business-oriented basic course and the freedom to choose modules from over 20 complete specialisation programs.
