    We offer didactically demanding, interactive courses in which Psychological specialist and methodological skills are imparted with a high degree of practical orientation. High-quality, empirically application-oriented education in Business Psychology, paired with practice-relevant research oriented towards current challenges from business and society. The aim is to promote personal and social development with respectful dealings and "love for the subject"; our teaching style can be described as dedicated, committed and advisory.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    Integrated semester abroad and own foreign locations. Possibility to take individual courses and language courses abroad.
  • Exchange universities for stay abroads
    Berkeley College in New York, USA; Pace University in New York, USA; UTS Business School (SILC-Shanghai) in Shanghai, China; University of Technology Syndey, Australien; Sigmund Freud Privatuniversität in Wien, Österreich; BGE – Budapest Business School in Budapest, Ungarn.
  • Special features regarding the equipment
    Computer workstations with R Studio and SPSS as well as MAXQDA for qualitative projects. Licenses for online questionnaire software "Unipark", Eye Tracking and biofeedback system for Business Psychologists. Access to 12 databases. Cooperation with the test library of the University of Hamburg (Faculty of Education). Smaller own text library on site.

    Applied topics in Psychology, often with the involvement of practice partners and students, for example: Psychographic targeting and target group systematics including Big Data psychodiagnostics; Positive Psychology in business and responsible entrepreneurship; Digital HR / digital transformation in human resources; CSR / sustainability; Meta-analysis on the relationship between empowerment and health; Sleep research: Evaluation of a nightmare-specific short intervention; ADHD, (dark) personality traits and driving behaviour (with institute for training measures.

    With the Fresenius University's Competence Centre Entrepreneurship, the university offers a platform for developing start-up ideas. Challenges that students face when starting their careers are taken up. We want to provide targeted and professional support.     The Fresenius University of Applied Sciences has existed for 170 years, now has 10 locations in Germany and abroad and a wide variety of courses, training and further education offers.
