    The Esslingen Graduate School emphasises practical, hands-on learning. STEM graduates gain cross-disciplinary industrial management skills. Through company visits and national and international corporate lecturers, students gain valuable insights, deepening their understanding of global business management and international industrial management. Students have the opportunity to study German and to explore the German mentality and culture by participating in excursions, cultural lectures and social events. Small class size of 25 provides students an optimal learning environment.
  • Special features regarding the international orientation
    The Esslingen MBA students come from, on average, 12 different nations each year: our student and alumni network stretches around the world. Integrating the varied perspectives of our students, their educational and learning approach is one of our greatest teaching tools. In "Industrial Management", which is taught by professors and guest lecturers with extensive experience in the business world, The Esslingen MBA focuses on the practical application of advanced international business theories. The course is rounded off by real projects implemented for internationally active companies.

    Market & Competitive Intelligence: MBrain; Production Systems: TPS Cell; SAP; SPSS, Matlab.
  • Special features regarding research and development
    The academic team of the Esslingen Graduate School designs and develops business gamifications and simulations in the fields of Digital Transformation Management, Agile Project Management and Sustainability Management. The focus lies in the cojunct usage of haptic board games and business simulations based on systems thinking approaches.

    Curricular courses in Entrepreneurship as part of the Esslingen MBA. Moreover, Esslingen University’s accelerator/ incubator offers in cooperation with the start-up ecosystem and industry: Entrepreneurship summer/winter schools, networking events, start-up-nights, mentors, and makerspaces.
