Special features regarding the equipmentThe library is excellently equipped, especially for legal subjects; Loose-leaf collections, Beck Online Campuswelt, specialist databases on taxation and economic sciences, a great deal of current literature; latest technology in the computer rooms and in the language lab at the university; every lecture room is equipped with PCs and projectors.
Special features regarding research and developmentintensive cooperation with companies, as well as the Centre for Academic Services and Transfers (Zewis) in Obernburg. The key research areas of ZeWiS are above all in the areas of Automotive, Knowledge Transfer, Energy Efficiency; Intelligent Systems/Automation and Materials. In addition, there are the Institutes for Information Management, Business Law and Asset Management at the Hochschule Aschaffenburg.

Characteristics of assistance to differently abled personsTechnical and staff support in connection with equalisation of disadvantages for exams provided by the Faculty (e.g. dictation software for exams for students with writing impairments).

Collaboration between European and non-European universities offers the possibility of studying abroad to gather experience whilst at university. The "Hochschule-Dual" model is a degree course with an intensive practical component.
